An exciting opportunity has become available for a Mechanical Maintenance Fitter to join a newly built drinks manufacturing site in Rooty Hill. This is your chance to be part of a modern, high-tech facility from day one, working with new equipment and helping shape maintenance standards and processes.

Up to $60ph + Shift Loading (30% nights, 15% Afternoons)

Monday-Friday roster - no weekends, Afternoon Shift for majority of the year.

Night Shift Roster between October - January (Peak Season)

The Role
n
You will be responsible for keeping production running smoothly by carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across the site. This is a hands-on role where your mechanical expertise will directly impact plant performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
n

Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on production equipment
n
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical faults efficiently
n
Support installation and commissioning of new machinery
n
Work closely with production to minimise downtime
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
n
Maintain a strong focus on safety and quality
n
n
About You
n
n
Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter (Fitter & Turner or similar)
n
Experience in FMCG, food, or beverage manufacturing highly regarded
n
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
n
Experience with conveyors, pumps, and automated equipment
n
Reliable, proactive, and a solid team player
n
