Jenny's Kindergarten and Early Learning Centre Bathurst is currently looking for a Diploma Educator with a minimum of two years experience to join our team. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced full time Diploma Qualified Educator. In conjunction with a team of professional Educators, you will provide nurturing care and developmentally appropriate education to meet the needs of children in a group setting within a secure and healthy environment in co-operation with parents, colleagues and community professionals.
n
This position is for an immediate start!

Key responsibilities will include:
n
Planning, implementing and evaluating a curriculum/program for individuals and groups in accordance with approved curriculum frameworks.
n
Participating in healthy eating and physical activities with children
n




Consistently encouraging and supporting children by providing meaningful and open interactions that promote a child's sense of belonging, being and becoming.
n
Sharing two way, meaningful information with families about a child's progress, relationships, interests and experience,
n
To be successful in this role, you will:
n
Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
MINIMUM 2 years experience
n
Leadership Skills
n
Strong Time Management
n
Have previous experience as a room leader
n
Be able to demonstrate a strong working knowledge of NQS, NQF and EYLF.
n
Possess sound understanding and experience in programming and planning for children aged 0 to 6.
n
Hold current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management qualifications
n
Hold a Working With Child Check clearance (or completed the application process for a new Check).
n
