Full qualifications as a Chef
Proven experience in a similar role
Previous experience working in a fast-paced restaurant
Proven track record of effectively managing a section of the kitchen
Outstanding team player and able to work with other Chefs and kitchen hands
Excellent attention to detail, with a true commitment to the highest quality
Flexibility around working across all shifts including nights, weekends, and public holidays
