MAYDAY Recruitment is partnering with an established engineering and manufacturing business to recruit an HSEQ Representative based in Ingleburn.
n Supporting factory operations and project sites, you will work closely with internal teams, suppliers and contractors to maintain compliance, strengthen HSEQ processes and drive continuous improvement.
n
About the role
n
You will support the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety, Environment and Quality systems, ensuring compliance with ISO ****, ISO *****, ISO ***** and applicable statutory and contractual requirements.
n
This position combines hands-on engagement with manufacturing and project teams, audit coordination, quality assurance and document control.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Maintain HSEQ procedures, registers, records and supporting documentation.
n
Coordinate and support internal and external audits, tracking findings through to closeout.
n
Monitor compliance with QA/QC and WHS procedures across factory and site operations.
n
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Manufacturer Data Records (MDRs).
n
Investigate and document incidents, accidents and non-conformances, supporting corrective and preventive actions.
n
Liaise with suppliers, contractors and project teams to verify HSEQ compliance.
n




Control and issue engineering drawings and documentation.
n
Maintain KPI records and prepare compliance reports.
n
Support inductions, toolbox talks, training and HSEQ awareness activities.
n
Contribute to improvements in safety, quality, efficiency and compliance.
n
Visit other sites, suppliers and subcontractor facilities as required.

Requirements
n
n
At least three years' experience in HSEQ, quality assurance, quality control or document control within manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, construction or heavy industry.
n
Strong understanding of ISO ****, ISO *****, ISO ***** and ISO *****.
n
Experience conducting internal audits and supporting external certification audits.
n
Sound knowledge of quality systems, inspections, testing, document control and compliance processes.
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
n
Clear written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with a range of stakeholders.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
n

Desirable experience
n
n
Internal Auditor qualification.
n
Background in engineering, fabrication, mining or heavy industrial environments.
n
Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and customer quality requirements.
n
Experience managing customer documentation submissions and manufacturing record books.
