Oasis Building Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing construction team, with a primary focus on medium-density residential developments across Ballarat, Melbourne and surrounding areas.

This role presents a unique opportunity to work across conventional residential construction while also being involved in projects incorporating 3D concrete printing technology through our sister company, Dune Building Technologies.
n
As our Melbourne and Ballarat project pipeline continues to grow, we're looking for a capable and organised supervisor who can take ownership of projects on site, coordinate trades and suppliers, maintain quality and programme, and ensure projects are delivered safely and efficiently.

About the Role
n
Working closely with our Construction and Operations teams, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of medium-density residential projects throughout Melbourne, Ballarat and surrounding growth areas.
n
You'll oversee projects from site commencement through to completion, coordinating trades, materials, inspections and construction programmes while maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety and delivery.
n
As Dune's 3D concrete printing technology is incorporated into more projects, you'll also have the opportunity to work alongside our specialist printing team and gain practical exposure to an emerging construction method.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Supervise medium-density residential developments, including townhouse and multi-dwelling projects.
n
Manage projects from site commencement through to practical completion and handover.
n
Coordinate and manage trades, subcontractors, suppliers and site activities.
n




Maintain construction programmes and proactively identify and resolve potential delays.
n
Ensure workmanship meets Oasis' quality standards, approved documentation and relevant building requirements.
n
Coordinate site inspections, deliveries and project milestones.
n
Maintain strong communication with the Construction, Operations and project teams.
n
Monitor site safety and ensure WHS requirements and company procedures are followed.
n
Review plans, engineering and construction documentation to ensure works are completed correctly.
n
Identify site issues early and work collaboratively to find practical solutions.
n
Work alongside Dune Building Technologies' 3D concrete printing team on projects incorporating printed concrete wall systems.
n
Assist with the continued development of construction processes as 3D concrete printing is integrated into larger residential developments.

About You
n
We're looking for an experienced supervisor who is confident managing multiple dwellings, trades and construction stages simultaneously.
n
You'll be practical, organised and solutions-focused, with strong construction knowledge and the ability to maintain control of a busy site without compromising quality.
n
Ideally, you will have:
n

Previous experience supervising medium-density residential, townhouse or multi-residential construction.
n




Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and sequencing.
n
Experience coordinating multiple trades and dwellings concurrently.
n
The ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and engineering documentation.
n
Strong programming, organisation and problem-solving skills.
n
A high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
n
Robust communication and subcontractor management skills.
n
A proactive approach to site safety, quality and programme.
n
Relevant construction qualifications and licences where applicable.
n
A current driver's licence.
n
Experience with innovative construction methods or concrete construction would be advantageous, but previous 3D printing experience is not required.
