As a Collections Officer at Charter Mercantile, you will deliver vital Financial Hardship assistance on behalf of a major Australian bank. No prior experience is required.
n
You will receive comprehensive, bank-certified online training designed to equip you for a rewarding in the banking and collection agency sectors.

What you'll be doing
n

Contacting customers to follow up on late or outstanding payments
n
Negotiating and arranging suitable payment plans with customers
n
Documenting all customer interactions and payment arrangements
n
Identifying and escalating high-risk accounts to management
n
Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
n
n
What we're looking for

Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to liaise effectively with customers
n
Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
n
A solutions-focused approach to problem-solving
n
A positive,



empathetic and professional manner when dealing with customers
n
Australian citizenship or permanent residency required
