Bright Blocks Early Learning Centre is a brand recent, purpose built 40-place preschool opening in Earlwood, Sydney.
We offer a stunning learning environment for children aged 3 to 5 years, with an evidence-based curriculum centred on Pre-Lit, Let's Count and STEM.
Our service operates 7:30am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
We are building our founding team from scratch.
You won't be joining an established centre, you'll be helping create one, alongside a director who is a qualified early childhood teacher and has designed this centre with a deep commitment to quality practice.
The Roles
We have multiple positions available across full time, part time and casual.
Diploma qualified educators are particularly encouraged to apply, and we welcome educators actively working towards their qualification.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering warm, responsive and intentional care and education to children aged 3 to 5
Contributing to programming, documentation and learning stories
Building genuine relationships with children and their families
Maintaining a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
Supporting the implementation of our Pre-Lit and STEM programs, with training provided
Participating in team planning and professional development
What You'll Need




Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved), or actively working towards one
Current Working With Children Check
Foundations of Child Safety Training Certificate
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates
A warm, professional and reflective approach to practice
Genuine passion for working with 3 to 5 year olds
Experience in long day care or preschool
Pay
Working towards Certificate III: from $***** per hour ($***** casual)
Certificate III qualified: from $***** per hour ($***** casual)
Diploma qualified: from $***** per hour
Experienced educators and room leaders will be classified and paid accordingly.
