About the role
As a Banquets & Events Food & Beverage Attendant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service across a range of events, meetings and special occasions.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, takes pride in delivering outstanding guest service and thrives as part of a high-performing team.
Providing warm, professional and attentive service to guests throughout their event experience
Assisting with the setup and pack-down of banquet rooms and event spaces in accordance with event orders and venue standards
Preparing tables, buffets and service stations to ensure a polished and welcoming presentation
Serving food and beverages efficiently and accurately during conferences, meetings, weddings, gala dinners and other special events
Maintaining a thorough understanding of event schedules, menus and beverage offerings
Working closely with kitchen, events and service teams to ensure seamless event execution

Guests feel welcomed, valued and well cared for throughout the banquet or event
Banquet service runs smoothly and efficiently, even during busy functions and peak service periods
Tables, place settings and function spaces are prepared accurately and presented to a high standard
Food and beverage service is delivered promptly, professionally and in line with event requirements
Venue presentation consistently reflects luxury hospitality and banquet service standards
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in hospitality, hotels or guest-facing customer service roles
Confident communication and presentation skillsA warm, professional and approachable personality
Ability to remain calm and positive during busy periods
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
