We are seeking an experienced and proactiveHR Generalistto join a growing healthcare organisation supporting a network of medical clinics across Australia.
Based inHawthorn, Melbourne, this is a hands-on role supporting practice managers, healthcare professionals and corporate employees across a multi-site organisation.
The Role
You will provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle, including:
Employee onboarding and offboarding
Employee relations and performance management
HR administration and employee records
Employment contracts and variations
Award interpretation and Fair Work compliance
HR policies, procedures and people initiatives
Credentialing,



working rights and employment compliance
Providing day-to-day HR advice to managers and employees
About You
You will have:
Previous experience in a generalist HR role
Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and Contemporary Awards
Experience in employee relations and performance management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, organised and hands-on approach
Healthcare or highly regulated industry experience will be highly regarded
