What You Will Be Doing
Providing administrative support to site management and operational teams
Managing employee records, timesheets, and site documentation
Assisting with onboarding, mobilisation, and site compliance requirements
Maintaining document control systems and databases
Preparing reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
Coordinating site logistics, travel, and accommodation requirements
Liaising with employees, contractors, and key stakeholders
Supporting daily site operations and business activities
What You Will Need
Previous experience in a Site Administration, Project Administration, or Administration role
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities




Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Skilled and proactive approach to work
Current Driver's Licence
Ability to work a 7/7 roster
Highly Regarded
Previous experience within mining, maintenance, construction, or heavy industry environments
Experience with payroll, ERP, or maintenance management systems
Previous mobilisation or workforce administration experience
Exposure to site-based operations
