South Western Sydney Local Health District invites an experienced Aged Care Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC) to join Fairfield Hospital.
This permanent full time role leads advanced clinical practice, drives service improvement, and supports patients and families through key healthcare decisions.
The CNC will work across care settings to influence practice, lead with clinical excellence, and mentor others while building partnerships to improve outcomes for older people.
