We are seeking an experienced, friendly, professional and reliable Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our Crows Nest team.
Saturday availability is essential.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a warm, welcoming and professional clinic experience.
You will also support the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy clinic and work closely with our clinical team.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients in a warm, friendly and professional manner
Manage appointment bookings, scheduling and patient enquiries
Handle phone calls and email enquiries efficiently
Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
Support doctors and the clinical team with administrative tasks
Assist with managing the patient journey and maintaining clinic efficiency




Ensure the reception and waiting areas are clean, organised and presented to a high standard
Provide exceptional customer service throughout every patient interaction
About You
We are looking for someone who is confident, polished and genuinely enjoys working with people.
You will have:
Availability to work Saturdays
Minimum2 years' experiencein reception, front desk or customer service
Experience within thecosmetic, medical, health, beauty or retail industryis highly regarded
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
The ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
A positive, professional and team-focused attitude
A high level of presentation and professionalism
The ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues
