As a Supervisor at BORACK Pty Ltd, you will play a key role in leading teams, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions for our clients. Your leadership and organizational skills will be vital in coordinating tasks, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring all projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise all aspects of racking and warehouse installation projects across various client sites.
n
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to meet project goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
n
Quality Control: Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to specifications and industry best practices.
n
Safety Oversight: Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols, conducting regular checks to minimize risks in office.
n
Communication: Effectively communicate daily goals, site updates, and requirements with the crew, management,



and operations using appropriate channels.
n
Resource Allocation: Manage materials, tools, and equipment effectively to optimize project timelines and budgets.
n
Problem-Solving: Address challenges or delays promptly, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
n

Key Requirements:
n

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the racking or warehouse
n
Strong leadership, project management and organizational skills.
n
Ability to interpret technical documents
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
n
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on results.
n
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
n
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
n
White Card, Forklift License and Scissors License (required).
n
Current Driver's License (required).
n
Willingness to travel

Qualifications:
n
n
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience similar role in construction or warehouse installation.
n
Relevant trade or industry certifications are highly desirable.
n
