Business Development Manager – Aesthetics Industry

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a scaling company in the aesthetics industry, during a major product launch.
We are seeking aBusiness Development Managerto join an expanding national sales team.
This role is pivotal in driving the ongoing success of a new product launch in the Australian aesthetics market.
You'll be responsible for managing and growing a Western Victorian territory, working closely with clinics, doctors, and nurse injectors to promote a premium portfolio of aesthetic products.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets within your territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including doctors, clinics, and nurse injectors.
Deliver compelling product presentations and training sessions.
Identify new business opportunities and execute territory growth strategies.




Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives and promotional events.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely reporting.
About You
Demonstrated sales experience.
Experience in the aesthetics, medical device, or cosmeceutical sectors is highly desirable.
Nursing background (especially with injecting experience) is a plus.
Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
