Salary: Band 6 $95,****** -$105,******+superannuation+ monthly RDO

We're looking for a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Business Partnerto play a pivotal role in delivering proactive, prevention-focusedhealth, safety and wellbeing outcomes across Council.
This is anopportunity to work closely with leaders and employees to buildcapability, manage risk and support a safe, compliant andhigh-performing workplace.
What you'll be doing
Provide trusted advice and guidance on occupational healthand safety, risk management and compliance obligations
Manage WorkCover claims and coordinating effectivereturn-to-work outcomes
Partner with leaders to strengthen safetyleadership,accountabilityand risk ownership
Lead incident investigations and supporting theidentification and implementation of corrective actions
Investigate psychosocial hazards and supporting initiativesthat promote psychological health and wellbeing
Deliver training, coaching and continuousimprovementactivitiesthat strengthen workplace safety performance
What you'll bring
Qualifications in Occupational Health & Safety, HumanResources, Injury Management or a related discipline
Robust knowledge of Victorian OHS legislation,



WorkCoverand Return-to-Work requirements
Experience in health and safety, injury management oradvisory roles
Highly developed stakeholder engagement, coaching andinfluencing skills
Strong analytical thinking, risk assessment andproblem-solving capabilities
