We are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a busy civil construction business on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension. This role will primarily focus on processing weekly payroll through MYOB, with the business currently transitioning to a new payroll system. You'll play an important role in supporting the transition and ensuring payroll continues to run smoothly during the implementation period.

The Role:

Process weekly payroll accurately and efficiently through MYOB
n
Assist with payroll during a current system implementation and transition period
n
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure employees are paid correctly and on time
n
Work closely with the existing payroll/finance team to ensure a smooth process
n
Provide additional payroll support as required
n
n
About You:
n
n
Several years' experience in a payroll-focused role
n
Strong hands-on experience using MYOB
n
Construction industry/payroll experience highly regarded
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Comfortable working independently and stepping into a role quickly
n
Available to commence ASAP
n
