Aesthetik Dental is looking for a confident, motivated and genuinely people-focused Treatment Coordinator to join our team.
n
This is a rewarding role for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding what patients want and helping them move confidently from enquiry through to treatment.
n
You don't need to think of yourself as a "salesperson" — but you do need to be comfortable having commercial conversations, following up opportunities and asking for the booking when the time is right.
n
About the role
n
As our Treatment Coordinator, you will be an important part of the patient's journey from their first enquiry through to treatment.
n
You'll work closely with our clinical team to understand each patient's needs, explain treatment options clearly and help patients make informed decisions about their care.
n
You'll also manage and follow up warm enquiries, ensuring that opportunities don't get lost and that every patient receives a prompt, qualified and personalised experience.
n
Your day may include:
n

Responding to and following up warm patient enquiries
n
Booking new patient consultations
n
Conducting consultations in person and virtually
n




Building rapport and establishing trust with patients
n
Understanding patient needs, motivations and concerns
n
Explaining treatment plans and options clearly and confidently
n
Helping patients overcome uncertainty and make informed decisions
n
Following up patients who are considering treatment
n
Working closely with dentists and the clinical team
n
Working towards agreed booking, conversion and revenue targets
n
Delivering an exceptional patient experience from first contact through to treatment
n
n
About you
n
We're looking for someone who is:

Confident, warm and naturally engaging with people
n
An excellent communicator over the phone and face-to-face
n
Comfortable discussing treatment and investment with patients
n
Highly organised and excellent at follow-up
n
Motivated by achieving results and exceeding expectations
n
Confident handling questions, concerns and objections
n
Resilient, proactive and able to manage a busy environment
n
Professional and committed to delivering a premium patient experience
n
A genuine team player who enjoys working closely with clinicians and the wider practice team
n
n
Experience
n
Previous experience in dental practice exposure, healthcare, medical,



cosmetic, beauty or another high-touch customer environment will be highly regarded.
n
Sales experience is advantageous, but we are more interested in your ability to communicate, build trust and achieve results than your job title.
n
