Full time position for dedicated and motivated Pastry Cooks/Chefs and Bakers with room for growth in Australia with sponsorship opportunities available.

Key responsibilities
n
Dough mixing, Pastry Mixing, Laminating and Sheeting of Pastry
n
Kneading, hand moulding and scaling dough
n
Monitoring and adjusting oven temperatures determine baking times
n
Inspecting quality of products throughout production process
n
Maintain the cleanliness of the equipment and surrounding, apply with occupational health and safety regulations
n
Ensuring wastage is minimised and budget of supplies and materials are adhered
n
About you
n
At least 2 years of relevant experience
n
Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
n
Proactive, energetic and shares a passion for the hospitality industry
n
Willingness to constantly learn and be inspired
n
Possess effective communication skills
n
A work ethic with a focus on continual self-improvement
n
Creative drive and a genuine interest in food history and trends
