Our valued client, one of Australia's leading residential construction companies, is seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join their team in the Blacktown area. This permanent, full-time associate role focuses on providing accurate pricing, interpreting customer requirements, and producing initial tenders, contracts, and variations.

Estimator - Blacktown Area
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Interpret documents including working drawings and colour selections to prepare BOQs.
n
Evaluate modifications for construction constraints, council regulations,



and site costs.
n
Collaborate closely with Site Managers and Customer Service Consultants to resolve queries.
n
Produce documentation including accurate tenders, contract tenders, and final consolidations.
n
Track progress using workflow reporting tools.
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Residential experience in production or sales estimating.
n
Construction knowledge regarding methods, materials, and processes.
n
Solid problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
n
Relevant qualifications like a Cert IV or Diploma in
Building/Estimating
(desired).
n
On-site experience is highly regarded but not mandatory.
n
