The Role
n
Reporting directly to the Site Manager, this role is responsible for leading the maintenance function, coordinating day‐to‐day activities and supporting the reliability of a busy manufacturing operation.

Lead and develop the site maintenance team
n
Coordinate planned, preventative and reactive maintenance
n
Prioritise maintenance activities alongside Production requirements
n
Support fault finding and technical troubleshooting
n
Drive equipment reliability, uptime and continuous improvement
n




Manage contractors and external maintenance providers
n
Support shutdown planning and maintenance projects
n
Ensure strong safety and maintenance standards across the site
n

Your Background
n
This role will suit a hands‐on maintenance professional with solid leadership capability and experience in a foodmanufacturing environment.
n
n
Proven experience supervising or leading maintenance teams
n
Experience within food, FMCG or manufacturing environments
n
Strong fault‐finding and troubleshooting capability
n
Experience across preventative and reactive maintenance
n
Strong planning, prioritisation and problem‐solving skills
n
Practical, visible leadership style
n
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
n
