About the role
n
We are seeking expressions of interest for a number of experienced ICT Support Officers to join our Field Services team supporting users based at our large-scale energy and resources customer. 15 working days on, 13 days off with travel to site on your work days from Brisbane to Chinchilla, you will provide onsite Level 1 and Level 2 ICT support, ensuring end users remain productive through the delivery of responsive and qualified technical assistance.

Key responsibilities
n
Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support to onsite users.
n
Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobility, and connectivity issues.
n
Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
n
Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user devices.
n
Manage user accounts, access requests, and equipment records.
n




Escalate complex issues to specialist support teams as required.
n
About you
n
Experience in a Desktop Support, ICT Support, or Service Desk role.
n
Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Microsoft 365.
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
n
Experience with Active Directory and device deployment.
n
Exposure to Intune, SCCM/MECM or ServiceNow would be advantageous.
n
Current Open Queensland Driver's Licence (mandatory)
n
Experience working in a similar role (highly regarded)
