Our integratedliving family is growing (and we love it!), with more clients joining our community and exciting new opportunities becoming available. We’re looking for friendly, organised and customer-focused people to join our Carrington-based Call Centre in upcoming Customer Service roles.

What a Day Can Look Like
Respond to client enquiries and provide friendly, professional customer service
Support clients with bookings, information and general enquiries
Liaise with internal teams to resolve questions and provide solutions
Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate customer records
Build positive relationships with clients,



families and colleagues
Help ensure every customer has a positive experience with integratedliving

What you’ll bring
A genuine passion for helping people and providing excellent customer service
Previous experience in customer service, administration, contact centres or similar roles
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Confidence using computers and learning current systems
A positive, solutions-focused approach
