Job Description
Silverchain is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Multidisciplinary Care team. You will oversee reablement programmes, helping clients re-engage with life in the community while collaborating with therapists, nurses and support staff.

We offer a not-for-profit workplace with home-based services, flexible scheduling and a vehicle provided for work-related travel. Candidate must be an allied health professional with strong communication and organisational skills.
