Competitive Salary: Earn between $110,000–$125,000 + Super with flexibility for the right candidate

The Role:
n

Your Caseload: Work with a diverse caseload (ages 0-18), with opportunities to expand to adults if desired
n
Focus on early intervention and support for neurodivergent conditions such as ASD and ADHD
n
Manageable Billable: Take on a maximum caseload of 23 clients per week to ensure clinician wellbeing, this includes leadership responsibilities.
n
No pressure—caseloads gradually increase, with the first three months focused on onboarding and support
n
n

Requirements:

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
n
Leadership experience; supervising juniors and providing PD to your team

AHPRA registration
