We are seeking an experienced, commercial, and execution-driven Senior Product Manager to manage our diverse range of investment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Oversee a product roadmap presenting regular updates to the executive leadership team
n
Maintain a comprehensive competitor product and pricing matrix across diversified managed accounts
n
n
2. Product Governance & Lifecycle
n
n
End-to-End Governance: Oversee product development from initial scoping through Investment Committee/RE approval, platform onboarding, launch, and post-launch review.
n
Disclosure & Compliance: Ensure accuracy of PDS inputs, Target Market Determinations (TMDs), product mandates, and fact sheets across all distribution channels.
n
Master Product Register: Maintain a single source-of-truth product register tracking every portfolio, APIR, platform menu, fee schedule, and review date.
n

3. Platform Relationships & Distribution Enablement
n

Platform Account Management: Act as the primary product point of contact for our seven platform partners
n
Shelf Space & Commercial Terms: Negotiate shelf space, listing scope, and co-branding agreements.
n
Fee Consistency: Standardise total client costs across platforms, monitoring dispersion tolerances and indirect cost ratios.
n
RE & Rebate Operations: Negotiate RE fee arrangements, manage volume tiering, and oversee the end-to-end rebate reconciliation process.
n
FUM Commitments: Track performance against platform-level FUM targets and ensure all tiering triggers are successfully claimed.

Investment Operations Interface

Operational Setup: Act as the product owner for setting up new portfolios and platform listings (model mapping, cash rules, rebalance parameters).
n

6. Client Outcomes & Product Experience
n
n
Ensure adviser and client needs are considered throughout the product lifecycle.
n
Own the end-to-end product experience across platforms, reporting, documentation and adviser workflows.
n
Coordinate transparent, accurate and timely product communications.
n
Establish feedback loops with clients and client-facing teams and translate insights into product improvements.
n
Take ownership of product-related client issues and coordinate timely resolution.
n
Conduct post-launch reviews covering adoption, client feedback and operational effectiveness.

Key Requirements & Experience
n
n
Industry Background: Strong senior experience (5+ years) in product management roles within an Australian funds management business, platform provider or asset consultant.
n
Domain Expertise: Deep familiarity with managed accounts, platform mechanics, and Responsible Entity (RE) structures.
n
Client First: A genuine client mindset and demonstrated commitment to improving client outcomes and experience.
