The ideal candidate will

Possess experience in careers education and student pathways

Be confident in leading and mentoring students
n
Work collaboratively with staff, parents and external providers to create pathways opportunities

The successful applicant will be:

Be energetic, proactive and able to demonstrate initiative

Have high level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work collaboratively.
