About the role
n
Summit Open Space Services is looking for a full-time Mechanic to join our St Marys depot. You'll maintain, repair and service vehicles and equipment to keep our fleet safe, reliable and ready for work. Our extensive range of fleet includes utes, EWP's, chippers, trucks, mowers, material handlers and excavators.

What you'll be doing
n
Service and repair vehicles, plant and equipment
n
Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical faults
n
Complete inspections and identify issues early
n
Keep accurate maintenance and repair records
n
Work safely and maintain a clean workshop
n
What we're looking for
n




Trade qualification as either a Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Light Vehicle Mechanic
n
Experience servicing and repairing vehicles or equipment
n
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
n
Good attention to detail and safe work practices
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team including mentoring
n
Valid driver's licence
n
