As afull-timeEducator, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality educational experiences for children aged 0-5 years, supporting their cognitive, social, and emotional development. This is an exciting prospect to contribute to the growth and success of our reputable early learning centres.

What you'll be doing
n

Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
n
Create a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that fosters children's curiosity and love of learning
n
Observe, document, and assess children's progress, using this information to individualise learning experiences
n
Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the wider community
n
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching practices and the overall learning environment
n
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
A Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification
n
Demonstrated experience as an Educator, preferably in a long day care or preschool setting
n
Experience as a Room Leader (desirable)
n




Strong understanding of child development and pedagogical best practices
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
n
Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to supporting the holistic development of young children
n
Current first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma management certifications
n
Working with Children Check clearance
n
Responsible Person experience or willingness to be trained (advantageous)
n
