Job Description
You'll play a key part in our property management team - Day to day you'll run open homes, show prospective tenants through properties, process applications, and carry out entry, routine and exit inspections. It's a hands-on, out-and-about role with plenty of variety, ideal for someone who loves people and property and is looking for a supportive team genuinely invested in their mentoring and growth.

Key responsibilities

Running open homes and private inspections

Showing prospective tenants through available properties

Processing tenancy applications from enquiry to approval
n
Carrying out entry, routine and exit inspections
n
Keeping accurate records and reporting on property condition
n
Being a friendly, professional point of contact for tenants and owners

Reliable, punctual and well presented
n
Genuinely great with people - warm, approachable and a explicit communicator
n
Organised, with a good eye for detail
n
Ready to build a career in real estate (experience is a bonus, attitude is a must)

Hold a current driver's licence and a QLD Real Estate Certificate
