A unique opportunity exists for aCasual Showroom Assistant at ourCoorparoo Showroom working approx. 20 hours per week. You will have acustomer-centric mindset, because at ILS we are all about the customer! You will be a self-motivated, creative thinker, and seek out new opportunities.

Your "New" Day to Day:
n
Opening and closing the store and balancing transactions
n
Preparing reports and review sales data, open orders and open quotes
n
Follow up on scheduled deliveries for that day
n
Actively seeking recent clients, contracts and marketing opportunities to ensure your targets are achieved or exceeded
n
Engaging incoming customers, assisting them with their questions and being able to convey the range of services that are available from the ILS Group.
n
Respond to email inquiries and liaise with customers over the phone to fulfill requests.
n
Assisting with the administration
n
Providinginformation
to customers about our products from physiotherapy items to mobility scooters, recliner lift chairs through to our range of home care beds, home oxygen therapy and more...
n
Processing quotes,



orders and hire contracts efficiently
n
Being the face of ILS in the local community and driving relationships with customers and other local businesses
n
Following and managing all WHS requirements at a showroom level.
n
About You:
n
You will have proficiency in Microsoft programs (Excel, Work, Outlook)
n
You will have experience in meeting KPI's, budgets and sales targets
n
You will have acustomer-centricmindset, because at ILS we are all about the customer!
n
You will have an understanding in managing customer expectations
n
You will have excellent over the phone and face to face customer service etiquette.
n
You will have excellent time management and prioritization skills
n
You will bewell
presented,professionalandcourteous
n
You will havefantastic interpersonal skillsandlove connecting with peoplefrom all walks of life
n
Have agenuinedesire to help otherswith your knowledge and abilities.
n
You may have SAP experience, which ispreferable to have.

You will be a self-motivated,creative thinker,able to problem solve and seek out new opportunities
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
