The Head of Operations will be expected to inherit a capable workforce and a supportive culture, and then introduce greater structure, accountability, and consistency while upholding the values that have contributed to the organization's success.Applicants for the Head of Operations position at the company should be accomplished operational leaders with experience in multi-trade services, building services, facilities maintenance, or commercial construction. The ideal candidate will also have a robust knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance requirements, and a practical, visible, and approachable leadership style. A trade, construction, or relevant technical background is valuable, but the focus is on leadership capability, commercial judgment, and experience in scaling operations.
