Pialba, Hervey Bay | Full-time | 9-day fortnight

Win Projects is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our specialist project marketing team in Hervey Bay.
n
We are not a traditional residential agency. Win Projects specialises in high-volume, off‐plan sales of residential land, house and land packages, and apartments, working across some of the Fraser Coast's major new estates and developments.
n
This is a key support role within a busy, professional sales environment where accuracy, organisation and solid systems are critical.
n
THE ROLE
n
You will work closely with our sales and project marketing team, helping manage multiple sales and projects at various stages—from enquiry through to contract and settlement.
n
Key responsibilities will include:
n
n
Preparing and maintaining sales contracts and documentation
n
Preparing Form 6s, Letters of Offer and related sales documentation
n
Managing multiple sales files and contract milestones
n
Maintaining estate sales spreadsheets and reporting
n
Managing and updating information within VaultRE
n
Liaising with buyers, solicitors, developers, builders and internal staff
n
Supporting new project and stage releases
n
Tracking sales, deposits, contracts, conditions and settlements
n
Assisting with marketing campaigns, database communications and mailouts
n
Maintaining accurate records across multiple projects
n
Providing general sales administration and team support
n
Assisting with reception and wider office administration when required
n

ABOUT YOU
n




This role will suit someone who already understands the pace and discipline required in real estate sales administration.
n
We are looking for someone who is:
n
n
Experienced in the real estate industry
n
Experienced with sales contracts and property transactions
n
Highly competent with VaultRE or similar real estate CRM systems
n
Advanced and confident with Excel spreadsheets
n
Extremely organised and accurate
n
Comfortable managing numerous transactions simultaneously
n
Professional when dealing with clients, developers and external consultants
n
Energetic, proactive and able to work ahead rather than wait for instructions
n
Strong with technology and able to learn new systems quickly
n
Reliable, committed and looking for a genuine long‐term career opportunity
n
n
A current Queensland real estate registration or licence would be highly regarded.
