About the Role

As Production Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow management, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional repair outcomes. You will play a key leadership role in maximizing productivity while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
n

Lead and manage the daily production schedule to optimise workflow and resources.
n
Ensure high-quality repair standards are consistently achieved.
n
Allocate workloads and monitor repair timeframes to meet customer expectations.
n
Identify, communicate, and resolve production delays efficiently.
n
Supervise, mentor, and support production staff and apprentices.
n




Maintain workshop equipment, tools, and facilities to a professional standard.
n
Promote and uphold workplace health and safety procedures.
n
Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
n
Support the overall smooth operation of the workshop.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role.

Experience working within a fast-turnaround repair environment.

Strong leadership and people management skills.
