We're looking for a Full-Time Retail Supervisor to join our beautiful Berry retail and spa location and play an important role in supporting our team and the day-to-day running of the store.
n
You don't need to come from a beauty, skincare or spa background. If you love people, have strong retail or customer-facing experience and are ready to take on more responsibility, we'll give you the product knowledge and training you need.

About the Role
n
This is a hands-on retail role for someone who loves being on the floor, connecting with customers and helping a team perform at its best.
n
As Retail Supervisor, you'll be a senior presence in our Berry store, helping keep the day running smoothly and supporting the team to create an exceptional experience for every guest.
n
You'll still spend plenty of time doing what great retail is all about — welcoming guests, understanding their needs and helping them discover the right IKOU products and rituals — while taking on additional responsibility for supporting daily store operations and the team on shift.

Your day will include:

Delivering warm, personalised and memorable customer experiences
n
Leading by example on the shop floor and supporting the team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals
n




Getting to know our guests and recommending products and rituals based on their individual needs
n
Sharing the IKOU brand story and our skincare, body care, aromatherapy and home fragrance ranges with confidence
n
Acting as the senior team member on shift and helping keep the day running smoothly
n
Keeping up to date with current campaigns, promotions, loyalty activity and store priorities
n
Supporting opening and closing, cash handling and daily store procedures
n
Maintaining beautiful visual merchandising, store presentation and product testers
n
Supporting stock deliveries, transfers, replenishment and stock accuracy
n
Building strong knowledge of our Berry spa offering and helping connect retail guests with treatments and spa experiences
n

About You
n
You don't need to be a skincare expert — we'll teach you that.
n
What we're looking for is someone who genuinely enjoys retail, takes pride in creating a great customer experience and is comfortable stepping up and taking responsibility when needed.
n
You may already be working as a Retail Supervisor, Keyholder or 2IC, or you might be an experienced Retail Sales Assistant who is ready to take the next step.

Have previous retail, hospitality or customer-facing experience

Love delivering genuinely great customer service

Are confident starting conversations and connecting with different people
n
Enjoy working towards sales targets and understand what makes a great retail experience
n
Are comfortable stepping up and taking the lead on shift when needed

Naturally support and encourage the people around you
n
Are organised, proactive and able to prioritise in a busy store environment
n
Take ownership of your role and are happy to get involved wherever needed
n
Have a warm, positive and professional approach
n
Are reliable and comfortable working independently when required
n
Have an interest in skincare, wellness and self-care — or would simply love to learn more
n
Previous supervisory experience is welcomed, but just as key to us is your attitude, initiative and ability to create a positive experience for both our guests and the people you work alongside.
