An excellent opportunity is available for a Leasing Consultant looking to join an established and highly regarded real estate agency in the Sutherland Shire.
n
You'll join an experienced Property Management team where you'll have the support to do the role well while taking ownership of the day‐to‐day leasing process.
n

The Role
n
n
Conduct open homes and private inspections
n
Manage tenant enquiries and follow‐up
n
Process and present tenancy applications
n
Prepare leasing documentation and agreements
n
Assist the BDM with newly listed properties
n
Liaise with landlords and prospective tenants
n
Coordinate the leasing process from enquiry through to approval
n
Work closely with the Property Management and BDM team
n
n

About You
n
n
Previous leasing or Property Management experience preferred
n
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle essential
n
Strong communication and people skills
n
Confident dealing with landlords and prospective tenants
n
Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
n
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
n
Keen to continue developing your real estate career
n
