Universal Care Co is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join the support team for a male participant located in Flaxton. This role involves providing quality support with a focus on the participant's individual preferences and choices.

Ideally the participant would like a mature, experienced male support worker, OR a mature aged, experienced female support worker.

Provide disability support to a male participant

Support people with behaviours

Work in accordance with the participant's individual preferences and choices

Build positive, trusting relationships with the participant

About you
n

Experience working in disability support
n
Experience supporting people with behaviours
n
Comfortable and experienced with personal care
n
Reliable and committed to consistent shifts
n
A suitable, reliable vehicle for disability support work
n
Able to work in accordance with the participant's individual preferences and choices
n
Current relevant NDIS worker screening and required checks
n
Respectful, adaptable and able to build a positive, trusting relationship
