The Opportunity
You'll lead construction delivery across major DTMR and Council road infrastructure projects throughout Brisbane, the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Ipswich regions.
Working alongside experienced Project Managers and Engineers, you'll take ownership of daily site operations, safety leadership, programme delivery, subcontractor performance, quality outcomes and productivity across multiple work fronts.
Projects include:
Bridge construction
Bulk earthworks
Drainage and services
Pavement construction
Ground engineering and slope stabilisation

What You'll Bring
Strong safety leadership with the confidence to set expectations on site.
Proven experience coordinating labour, plant and subcontractors across multiple work fronts.
Excellent planning and construction programming capability.
Strong knowledge of DTMR specifications, quality requirements and environmental compliance.
Experience with daily reporting, resource planning, cost coding and site productivity.
Professional communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic and genuine pride in your work.
5+ years delivering road construction projects across TMR and Council.
Strong safety focus
Experience leading projects typically valued between $5M and $35M+.
Tier 2 or Tier 3 civil contracting experience.
Trade background or extensive hands‐on construction experience highly regarded.
Commercial awareness with an understanding of project performance and profitability.
Must have a desire to work in a high‐performing environment
