About the Role:We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive Administration Officer to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the business.The role will be responsible for coordinating employee accommodation, warehouse and property-related administration, processing administrative expenses and payments, supporting maintenance activities, and liaising with internal teams and external service providers.The ideal candidate will have strong communication and coordination skills, a high level of accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Daily Operations & Facilities SupportManage employee accommodation, warehouse expenses, utilities, rent and facility-related payments.Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with landlords, property managers, contractors and suppliers.Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments and facility-related expenses.Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to warehouse and internal teams.

Administrative ManagementSupport administrative processes, procurement and payment activities in line with company policies.Prepare and maintain administrative documents, invoices, payment requests and records.Assist with general administrative projects and tasks as required.
3. Communication & Stakeholder ManagementRespond promptly to internal administrative and operational requests.Maintain professional relationships with suppliers, property managers, agents and other external stakeholders.Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure issues are resolved efficiently.Communicate professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
Education Qualification
Diploma or above qualification in Business Administration, Management, Logistics or a related discipline.
Experience Requirements
1–2 years of experience in administration, operations support, facilities coordination or a related role.
Fluent in Mandarin and English, with the ability to use English confidently as a working language, both written and spoken.
Strong sense of responsibility, accountability and professional integrity.
Excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
Strong execution skills with the ability to follow through on tasks and resolve issues effectively.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities.
Strong learning ability and adaptability to new processes, systems and business requirements.
Proactive, reliable and collaborative approach to work.
Highly motivated, with a strong willingness to learn, grow and take on new
Other Requirements
Must have full Australian work rights—citizenship, PR, or valid visa.
Open to recent graduates.
