About the Role
n
As our Branch Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the branch while helping drive sales growth, and exceptional customer service. Working alongside the team, you'll lead by example and contribute to a protected, productive, and customer-focused environment.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Assisting with branch operations and daily workflow management
n
Handling cash, EFTPOS and financial transactions accurately
n
Supporting branch growth, sales performance and profitability objectives
n
Providing outstanding customer service and relationship management
n
Assisting with counter sales, order picking,



packing and dispatch activities
n
Promoting a strong safety culture and supporting team engagement initiatives
n
Supporting team members to achieve operational and sales goals
n
Maintaining stock accuracy and efficient warehouse operations
n
n
About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
Previous retail, trade, wholesale or customer service experience
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Experience handling cash and financial transactions
n
Sound computer and intermediate IT skills
n
A willingness to be hands-on and support all areas of the branch
n
Forklift licence (desirable)
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
