As our
Casual Warehouse Assistant
, you'll be part of the engine room that powers the KIVARI customer experience. You'll support the daily operations of our Freshwater-based warehouse - from receiving and storing product to fulfilling orders with care and accuracy.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Receiving and organising incoming stock
Maintaining accurate inventory and labelling systems
Picking and packing orders with speed, precision, and quality control
Ensuring the warehouse is safe, clean, and well organised
Collaborating with your team to achieve daily goals
Reporting hazards and following all WHS and operational procedures
Contributing ideas to improve workflows and efficiency
What You'll Bring




Experience with pick & pack operations and inventory management or similar (or a willingness to learn).
Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, and Indigo8 (or a willingness to learn).
A team-focused mindset and transparent communication style
Enjoys a fast paced, physical environment.
High attention to detail and a genuine commitment to quality
Strong time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
A desire to learn and grow with a values-led, fast-moving brand
