About the role
You'll be responsible for the installation of custom joinery and cabinetry on client sites, ensuring every project is completed to the highest standard.
Duties will include:
Installing custom cabinetry, kitchens and commercial joinery




Reading and interpreting plans and installation drawings
Site measuring and problem-solving installation challenges
Installing benchtops, hardware, panels and associated components
Conducting final adjustments and quality assurance checks
Maintaining strong relationships with clients and site personnel
Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and on schedule
What we're looking for
Proven experience in joinery installation or cabinet making
Ability to work autonomously and manage installation outcomes
Robust understanding of construction environments and site requirements
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
Strong communication and customer-facing skills
Ability to mentor apprentices or junior staff where required
Current driver's licence
This role would suit an experienced installer who enjoys delivering premium projects, solving problems on-site and taking ownership of their work from start to finish.
