Take the Lead on Standout Exhibition Projects

An established Sydney exhibition project management business is looking for an experienced Senior Production Manager to join its close-knit team.
n
Working with global and market-leading brands, you'll manage exhibition stand projects from approved concept through to installation and client handover.
n
This is a senior, hands-on opportunity for someone who understands the exhibition industry, has solid supplier relationships and can confidently manage multiple projects at once.
n
The Role
n
Managing approximately ***** projects at different stages, you will:
n
n
Prepare quotes, budgets and production schedules
n
Source and coordinate builders, AV, furniture, graphics, signage, rigging and other suppliers
n
Manage purchase orders, artwork specifications and production documentation
n
Keep projects on time, on budget and moving smoothly
n
Oversee interstate installations, trades and onsite delivery
n
Manage client handovers to a high standard
n
Troubleshoot production issues and improve systems and processes
n
Support and mentor other team members as required
n
n
About You
n
You'll bring:
n
n
At least two years' production or project management experience within the exhibitions industry
n
An established network of exhibition suppliers, contractors, venues and organisers
n
Experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines
n
Strong estimating, quoting, budgeting and supplier-management skills
n




Knowledge of exhibition builds, large-format graphics, artwork specifications and AV
n
Confidence managing trades and suppliers onsite
n
Strong Microsoft Office and administration skills
n
A calm, organised and solutions-focused approach
n
n
Previous leadership or mentoring experience will be highly regarded. You'll also be someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly and enjoys working in a collaborative, hands-on small-business environment.

The role is based in Balmain from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Interstate travel and weekend work are required during event periods, with time off in lieu provided.
