We're partnering with a well-established project home builder who is looking for a Colour Consultant to join their growing team. This is a client-facing role where you'll guide home buyers through their colour and design selections, ensuring a seamless, inspiring, and professional experience from start to finish.

As a Colour Consultant, you'll work closely with customers in a showroom workplace, assisting them with selections that align with both their vision and the builder's design guidelines.

About the Role
n

Conducting exterior and interior selection appointments with clients
n
Advising on finishes, fixtures, materials, and colour palettes
n
Ensuring selections meet design standards, budgets, and build requirements
n
Managing electrical plans and advising on this
n
Preparing accurate documentation for construction and internal teams
n
Liaising with sales, drafting, and construction teams to ensure smooth project delivery
n




Staying up to date with design trends and product ranges
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience as a Colour Consultant, Interior Designer, or similar role (project home building or residential experience highly regarded)
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
A good eye for colour, finishes, and spatial design
n
Confidence working with clients in a consultative environment
n
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple appointments
n
Proficiency with selection systems or design software (desirable)
n
