Job Description
This is a hands-on role suited to a tradesperson who can confidently work across fabrication, welding, fitting and trailer repairs and is comfortable taking on a variety of jobs.

Key responsibilities

Heavy vehicle trailer body building and fabrication
n
MIG welding, general welding for both steel and aluminium fabrication
n
Fitting and assembly of trailer components
n
Trailer repairs and modifications
n
Hydraulic and mechanical fitting work
n
Tarp fitting and repairs
n
Tailgate and trailer body assembly
n
General maintenance and repair work
n
Reading and working from drawings
n
Working safely and maintaining a clean, organised workshop
n

About you
n
n
Has solid experience in heavy trailer or truck body building
n




Is a confident all-rounder who can tackle different jobs
n
Has robust welding and fabrication skills
n
Can work independently and as part of a team
n
Takes pride in the quality of their workmanship
n
Has a good understanding of workshop safety
n
Is reliable, punctual and has a positive attitude
n
Holds a current driver's licence
n
Has heavy vehicle or trailer experience, which is highly regarded
n
