About the Company

Our client is a premier multinational logistics provider with an established national footprint. Driven by continuous expansion and impressive business growth, they are currently seeking a dedicated Transport Coordinator to join their team in Blayney, NSW.

About the Role
n
Reporting directly to the Transport Manager, you will play a central role in driving operational efficiency, load planning, and safety compliance across the network.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Plan and execute load requirements within SAP, assembling orders into optimal delivery loads.
n
Coordinate delivery timeslots and secure bookings with wholesale delivery warehouses to ensure EOT delivery deadlines are strictly met.
n
Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) guidelines, consistently meeting weekly Safety and Compliance KPI targets.
n




Manage end-to-end paperwork flow procedures in an effective and timely manner using simplified internal systems.
n
Coordinate load creation and time windows through explicit communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
n

Skills & Experience Required:
n
n
Strong transport operational background with direct experience in transport planning and load allocation (FMCG or Healthcare experience highly regarded).
n
Proficiency in SAP, along with intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook) would be beneficial.
n
Demonstrated ability to achieve daily key metrics across Safety, Service, and Cost while delivering exceptional customer service.
n
A highly motivated team player capable of engaging effectively with all facets of the warehouse.
n
Australian residency with full working rights is required.
