We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Leading Hand to join a bulk earthworks project in Upper Coomera.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be working alongside the crew while helping coordinate day-to-day site activities. The ideal candidate will have proven Leading Hand experience on civil projects, along with practical experience operating either a Moxy (Articulated Haul Truck) and/or Roller.

What We're Looking For
Proven Leading Hand experience on civil construction projects
Solid background in bulk earthworks or general civil construction
Current plant ticket and demonstrated experience operating a Moxy / Articulated Haul Truck and/or Roller
Ability to lead a small crew and coordinate day-to-day site activities
Robust understanding of civil construction practices and site safety
Current White Card
Reliable transport and solid work ethic
Able to work hands-on and lead by example
