Bidfood is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Accounts Payable team at our Brisbane office in Morningside.

About the role

Processing data entry and payment runs
n
Reconciling supplier accounts and resolving discrepancies
n
Managing supplier master data setup and updates
n
Approving personal reimbursements and managing supplier rebates
n
Coordinating tolls, postage and freight accounts (Toll, Aus Post, TNT)
n




Responding to supplier enquiries with a professional, solutions-focused approach
n
Supporting admin tasks and maintaining accurate financial records
n

Your work will play a key role in maintaining financial accuracy and ensuring smooth operations across the business.
