Mercy Community are on the search for an
exceptionalRostering
Officer to join our Residential Aged Care team. This role will be a 2-year Part-time contract position with On-Call supports required to be undertaken within this role. This role will be based at our Nudgeeoffice.

This role is the first point of contact for all incoming staff roster and leave enquiries (on site, telephone, emails). On-call supports will be required and shared amongst the team. Shift times will vary in this role from Monday to Sunday, working hours are within ********* with on-call required. This role will cover rostering for our Residential Aged Care facilities in Queensland (Nudgee, Rockhampton and Townsville).

$***** per hour plus superannuation plus salary packaging available
n
This role will require but not limited to -
n
n
Respond to staff roster enquiries and action or escape to Staffing Services Manager as required
n
Ensure accurate and timely entry of timesheet data into payroll systems
n
Assist with distribution of vacant shift notifications
n
Assist with allocation of shifts following set rostering guidelines
n
n
About you
n
As the successful applicant, you will possess:
n
n
Experience as a rostering clerk/officer or scheduling officer (desirable)
n
Experience within a high-volume customer service role
n
Queensland Provisional Green or above Driver's License
n
n




Must be able to cover shifts Monday to Sunday
n
