The Job
n
n
Supervising civil crews across roadworks and infrastructure.
n
Managing detailed & bulk earthworks, pavements, watermain, electrical, road furniture, asphalt & more
n
Driving programme outcomes and keeping works moving
n
Overseeing QA (ITPs, testing, lot closures, as-builts)
n
Maintaining solid safety and environmental standards
n
Working closely with PMs and Engineers to deliver quality outcomes
n

What we're looking for:
n
n




Proven experience supervising TMR projects across Queensland
n
Strong understanding of specifications, QA processes, and site documentation (including reporting and procurement)
n
Confident, hands-on leader capable of driving productivity and delivering results on site
n
Skilled at managing relationships between stakeholders, subcontractors, and site teams
n
High attention to detail in all aspects of site management and project delivery
n
