About the role
We are seeking General Labourers to join our team on a casual basis in Moss Vale, Southern Highlands and Goulburn Area, NSW. This is a flexible, on-demand position that offers the opportunity to work across various projects and industries as work becomes available. As a General Labourer, you will be a key member of our workforce, providing essential support to clients across the Trades & Services sector. This role is perfect for individuals seeking flexibility and variety in their work, with the ability to manage their own schedule whilst maintaining professional standards.
Key responsibilities
Perform general labouring duties on various work sites, including site preparation, material handling, and basic construction support
Assist skilled tradespeople and supervisors with project completion, following instructions and safety protocols
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including removal and disposal of waste materials
Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly, as directed
Load, unload,



and transport materials using appropriate manual handling techniques
Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations and site-specific requirements
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth project delivery
Be available to work on short notice as casually assigned work becomes available
What we're looking for
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks for extended periods
Willingness to work flexibly and adapt to different work environments and project requirements
Basic understanding of workplace health and safety principles
Reliable and punctual attendance, with the ability to respond to last-minute work opportunities
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Valid driver's licence is advantageous for travel to various work sites
White Card (Construction Induction Card) or willingness to obtain one is preferred
Previous labouring experience is beneficial but not essential for enthusiastic candidates
